Because of the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete and the file(s) have been sent.

Delivery Issues If you did not receive your download email, cannot access your file, or received a corrupted file, contact us at support@situationshipexitstrategy.com and we will resolve it — typically within 24 hours. This is the only circumstance under which a replacement or refund will be issued.

Unauthorized/Fraudulent Charges If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately so we can investigate.
